国庆节发给国外客户放假通知及邮件自动回复模板

国庆假期马上开启,但国外的客户可能并不一定知晓我们的假期安排,所以放假之前,有必要发一封邮件给国外客户,告诉他们国庆节是中国的法定节假日,并告知如有特殊情况的联系方法。

参考一:

Dear xxx,

National Holiday Notice

Due to the national holiday arrangement, our office will be temporarily out of duty from Oct 1st to    Oct 7th, 2019.

We are return on Oct 8th, 2019, so you will be able to communicate with us by then or any  urgent things you may contact via (手机号)

参考二:

Dear xxx

According to the notice of the general office of the state council, our company will arrange the holiday notice for the 2019 National Day holiday as follows:

from October 1 to 7,a total of 7 days, During the holiday, if you have something urgent, please contact me on whatsapp or call me at 025-88888888 directly.

At the same time, I wish you a happy holiday.

参考三:

Dear xxx

National Holiday Notice

Due to the national holiday leave, our  office will be temporarily out of duty from Oct 1st to    Oct 7th, 2019.
